Very unprofessional office, billing department is very unorganized. My appointment was at 1pm I wasn’t seen until 2pm because billing didn’t do their job correctly. The girl at the front desk has a nasty attitude and doesn’t want to help. Everyone has attitudes. Not sure why my Chiro referred me here. But save yourself time and peace if you like professionalism THIS ISNT THE PLACE.
I been here a few times they always treat me so good always friendly from front desk to the Back for my MRI I am claustrophobic. They always set me up with a great standup MRI, for real Thank you all & I got lost again always beautiful front desk stayed on the phone till I was 2 Mins away I need to change to Waze she said 😊Thank you all so Much
Don’t understand all of the complaints, to be honest.I called and was immediately set up with the soonest appt and they took my info and boom, was ready by the time I signed in that morning to get it done.I’m a bigger guy so I had to do the stand up MRI, I have broad shoulders so I couldn’t sit down so they had me lay down on my side and it was so easy. The tech was super nice. All in all, was there maybe 45 min total. No wait times. Got a disc with the images as well.Highly recommend this place if you need these accommodations.
I can only speak on my experience with this place and for me, the people here were absolutely wonderful. Answered almost automatically when I picked up the phone, I had an issue with preauthorization as my insurance company told me the incorrect information, they handled it and we as far as pulling my authorization from another appointment I had made to fix my co pay, was willing to sit down with me in case I had questions, and the gentlemen handling the MRI was probably the nicest man I have ever encountered involving images. This is my second time coming here and I will keep returning. I cannot speak on everyone's experience, but mine was amazing.
Called them about using the stand-up MRI machine, just a few minutes ago.The first time I called, someone obviously dropped the phone and then hung up.The second time I called my question was very simple: how do you switch authorisation from a previous Provider of an MRI to their (stand-up MRI of Orlando) organisation. The lady I spoke to did not have a clue but was pretty insistent on what she said even when I repeatedly told her it does not apply to me.After going around the bushes about doctors orders, answering questions I never asked, and just not giving all the information needed unless I specifically pulled it out, it turns out everything needed, I already have. When I asked how I can send her the paperwork, she gave out a great big sigh (it must be so hard to help people set up an appointment and interrupt her day) and told me to fax it.Yes, a patient is supposed to fax a form.Obviously I don’t have a fax so then she directed me to their website and to upload it there. I had the website open and I asked how do I upload it securely? The patient portal login needs an activation from them.At this point she told me to hold on a minute and then hung up.The representative for this company did an absolutely BRILLIANT job at making sure that a prospective patient feels unwelcome and does not use their service. I sure hope that’s what they’re paying her for, because she deserves top marks for that.I am one of her success stories. I called completely ready to make an appointment and now I will never go there. 🥳I was hoping the other bad reviews were just flukes.Unfortunately not.I would not trust this organisation with anything to do with my health if that is what they choose to represent them to patients.
