I very rarely take the time or effort to post anything on line. It is simply not something I want to or enjoy doing. I am a new patient at Ethos Health Group in Ocala and can honestly say the entire staff are 100% on their toes to make sure every moment you are in the facility the entire team is working hard to satisfy every need you might have above and beyond what you might consider normal treatment. They are thoughtful, careful, and consistent caregivers. Not one individual stands out over the others, but rather everyone is always “on the team” together to help each other. The feeling is almost surreal especially in the climate of today’s environment. What a pleasurable way to get healthy after an accident that causes pain and misery like I have been experiencing. No fun not being yourself when things are not good. The pain literally goes away for the time I spend in the clinic working hard to recover. One thing really stands out when it comes to southern hospitality. My wife was with me on a recent visit and while she was waiting for me to finish my treatment they offered her a place to sit down and watch me while enjoying a plush leather sofa style lounge chair that vibrates. That’s what I call high class concierge services. Most places and staff insist that you must sit in the waiting room for your loved one. You must at least give them a try.
