Kristin at Jenson beach location is wonderful, you can tell she loves her job by the way she cares for all she comes in contact with. She is always bright and sunny and clearly knows her stuff. We need more Kristin’s in this world.

First time ever coming to a pain management office, which was June 9 , 2023. Started trials for the ablation and they worked. Ablation on the right hip took, ablation on the left hip took , still having pain so we did one in the middle. That did not take , so they continued to work with me and gave me an epidural on March 15, 2024. I was not one of the easiest patients and they continued to work with me and I felt they really cared. Great experience for anyone that is dealing with a lot of pain and no one else can help them. Give him a try I did, and it worked. Tell me what you think Yeah that’s what they wanna hear. Thank you.

I had a very bad experience with a Perscription prescribed by Charlot Ruze at Jenson office. I’m 76 years old and have never experienced such disrespect for me as a patient.She changed a medicine I’d been prescribed for 25 years by more than 8 Doctors. She said that’s what she wanted. Then after 60 days she halted the medication. I injured my back and called her office two times leaving two long messages. No callback! I hadn’t been able to sleep for 2 weeks after starting the lower dose. When we met today , January 10,2024, she refused to help me by restoring my low dose to one that would be better.She was rude and took away another medicine I’d been on for 30 years for ADAD! She cut my depression medicine by half. No reason given. When I told her I contacted her office twice to get help, she said she can’t help if she doesn’t get her messages.Medical professionals should listen to their patients and not treat them like drug addicts. I never drink or smoke or do drugs.This person at Global Neuro and spine in Jenson Beach, Florida. Didn’t try to help my problem only making it worse!!!!

I was a Resolute Pain Solution patient for years, and they were great until they sold and became a militant bureaucracy who forgot their purpose. They were only focused on the money.I left Resolute & went to Global Neuro. Wow! What a difference, from being treated like a dollar sign back to being treated like a human being who suffers from back pain. The staff are all very friendly & very thorough. They make sure your questions are answered before you leave.If you need pain management in Port St Lucie then I would highly recommend Global Neuro & Spine.

So thankful to have found this place. Doctors and staff absolutely wonderful. This place is quite a long way from where we live but they gave us the option to do televisit. I've been struggling for years with mental health, and they are now helping me heal and rebuild my life.

This is my second pain management doctor and I absolutely love them. I moved to Jensen Beach from Orlando and was terrified to get a new PM. They made my transition seamless. Going on 8 months now, I do travel now however will always make it back to this office. The front staff is super friendly, (shout out to Dakota who was the first one who made me feel somewhat normal and helped guide me through their process). I see Pedro Salcedo PA-C monthly, who is very caring and LISTENS TO EVERYTHING I HAVE TO SAY, and would address my concerns! Huge difference from my last doctor.
