    I don't often have time to write reviews, but with so much going wrong in healthcare, I thought it was worth praising those who are doing things right. From my initial contact, I have received nothing but excellent service and medical care. As a healthcare provider, I am aware of the complexities that office staff and providers face behind the scenes, and none of that was witnessed here. The staff (all members) were polite and empathetic. The medical providers took the time to explain the multiple disease processes. While I was in pain, it would have been easy to suggest treatment, but instead, I was given medical facts and options, which I appreciated. Although I was very familiar with the procedures, as I have witnessed them in the past, they provided very clear explanations of all my options. My time was valued, and I was seen fairly quickly. My pain was relieved, and Dr. Gandhi was able to locate my pain with surgical precision. I would highly recommend the Brandon location for pain relief needs.

    Great service. Had an MRI at 8:30am and then a virtual visit at 9:30am. Dr. reviewed the results as they were available to him asap. Very happy for a first time apt. to this doctor.

    Very attentive to your needs. Easy scheduling. Dr. Li is very knowledgeable and professional. His staff works well with patients too. I had a super positive experience and recommend this place.

    I was hoping this was a professional place but unfortunately didn’t have a good experience even though I was recommended to this doctor. They almost made me wait 35min on my first appointment and after that Dr. Parekh was only looking at the computer and barely saw me or checked me out, he treated the consultation as I was a walk in or ER patient I had to explain several times my concern about being in pain since this was new , uncomfortable and rare for me, I didn’t feel well taken care of and he was in the room for 5-8min max and left. I had scheduled a follow up appointment after which also didn’t go well, they made me wait again for about 18min which was not acceptable for me since my time is important too, I had to reschedule for the second time and a lady was in the Telehealth room which she never introduced herself I’m not sure if she’s an assistant a CNA or was her role and after the questions she made, she said she was going to talk to the Dr. Parekh and get back to me, surprisingly the doctor never showed up , I was never seeing on my follow up appointment by the real doctor which is the one is getting paid for. I was never recommended nothing just to call if I was in pain. What a disappointing experience.

    Great Service, Willing and eager to help. Dr Jay couldn't help me particularly but he pointed me in the right direction to get the help I needed and I greatly appreciate them for it.
